Caroline Lee says the feedback from the hundreds of users who have completed their 'leecareplus' ACFI training has been overwhelming. Extensive additional resources have been applied to set up the new training room and ACFI education program to meet the demands of clients Australia wide.

"Our training program not only covers the B2B Medicare Australia connection details, but looks at how the program automatically calculates ACFI scores and income and compares these amounts to previously obtained RCS scores and income amounts. The program also links evidence from assessments throughout the program to the claim form, for more robust validation evidence. This has saved staff hours usually taken to identify relevant evidence and 'leecareplus' ACFI system easier to navigate.
